She is Vice President of Artificial Intelligence Solutions and Impact at Xylem, a global water solutions company. Austin is currently driving Xylem's AI transformation, and most recently, led the company's sustainability program.

With extensive experience bridging the gap between innovation, investor relations and sustainability, she is uniquely qualified to teach Manufacturing Sustainability. Austin‘s course will help students understand how to build sustainability in operations, product management and supply chain, as well as embedding sustainability in a manufacturing organization.
